This 1924 Cozy Cottage is a hidden gem in historic downtown Prescott. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway or looking to escape the city life with your family, look no further! When Phoenix is in the 100’s we are only 1 hour north up I-17 and we are in the 70’s & 80’s. Ya just can’t beat that! Prescott is designated as “Everyone’s Home Town” and “The Christmas City.” Once you come here during the winter months you will understand why.

Rent this Historic Cozy Bungalow nestled in the heart of downtown Prescott, walking distance to the grassy Courthouse Square and Whiskey Row. Located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by enormous oak trees and 1 block from the creek where you can take an afternoon stroll or watch the kids explore and use their imaginations. Enjoy the neighborhood coffee shops, cafes and boutique shopping right in your own backyard.

We have created what we think to be the neatest bungalow for rent in Prescott – If you have ever stayed with us in either of Kobey’s Cozy Cabins in Pinetop or any of our estates in the Scottsdale area you know what we have to offer… from limo service to and from the house to our in house chefs. Now stay in our newest vacation rental – Kobey’s Cozy Cottage.
The large front porch is ideal for sipping a mint julep while gathering with friends and family. Take the time to relax with a good novel as the fresh air leads you on an escape from your busy lifestyle.
Charming period architecture and hardwood floors with all the amenities you’d need while on vacation. Modern amenities include high-def flat screen TV’s in all rooms, DVD Players & VCRs, premium satellite TV, and of course high-speed, secure Wi-Fi for those of us who just can’t live off the grid. This cozy cottage has 2 large bedrooms with queen beds, and an additional daybed with trundle privately off the master bedroom. Separate from the main house is the game room sleeping studio with a futon that accommodates two additional guests and stocked with games for both young and old. This home sleeps 8 guests in beds and can sleep a total of 10 with the use of our 2 plush sofas in the family room (sofas do not pull out) or 12 guests with the use of our 2 high-profile air mattresses. Very typical of the period this home has 1 bathroom and a wonderful one at that… Claw foot bathtub with an over the top shower head also reminiscent of the 1920’s with plenty of plush spa like bath sheets and a cozy gas fireplace with a flick of the switch and no mess to clean up – perfect for creating a calming getaway from the stress of day-to-day life.
Holiday meals are made easy with a fully stocked kitchen including all the utensils, cookware & gas barbecue for even the most discerning chef. Enjoy the comforts of home with luxurious linens, an abundance of pillows and comfy mattresses.

As you venture out, don’t forget to take the picnic basket & blanket. We’ve left one there for you! Walk 5 minutes to the Courthouse Square for a relaxing picnic under the grand oak trees, check out the historical sights, read a book, or Guy’s favorite thing to do there…just snooze. We also offer limited limo service for up to 6 of our guests.
Vacationing with young children is made easier as a highchair and pak n play are provided in the bedroom closets. Fully enclosed grassy front and back yard for your four legged friends to enjoy. You will also find a ping pong table, aka table tennis, and a Croguet Set in the back for those who just can’t sit still. Whatever your needs, we have you covered. No request is too big or too small.
